Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates.
- Standard: $8. Free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express: $15.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time. Our products ship from warehouses in the United States. Standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Express orders are processed first and usually arrive within 2–5 business days after they ship. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Delays and lost packages. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email arborandamber@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the order ships.
