How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. You will see both options at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from warehouses in the United States. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping, and Express usually 2–5. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email arborandamber@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the damaged item back.
Do lamps include bulbs?
Only when the listing says so. Each lighting listing names the socket or bulb type it uses.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
